The Schenectady County Veterans Agency is here to serve you. We will advise you on all of the benefits available to you, based upon your service. We will also assist you in applying for those benefits and in responding to all queries regarding your applications until the process is complete. It is our sincere desire to safeguard the rights and benefits that you all have so nobly earned.
All you need to do is call us for an appointment and we will establish a personal, confidential file for you.
Our Veteran Service Department will help you navigate the Department of Veterans Affairs' bureaucracy, and our services are free. We will advise you on all of the benefits available to you, based upon your service. We will help with gathering the information necessary to support a claim, file the claim, and track the claim through the VA system. We can also assist with filing appeals for denied claims.
