The Baby Cafe is a free drop-in services offering breastfeeding support for pregnant and/or new parents in the community. Siblings and partners are welcome.
The Schenectady County Healthy Neighborhoods Program is designed to reduce housing-related illness and injury. This voluntary program is funded by the New York State Department of Health and is completely free to residents. It is a home visit based program conducted by public health nurses and targets residences located in the 12303, 12304, 12307, and 12308 zip codes. During the home visit, public health nurses conduct a health and safety assessment and provide health and safety education to families and individuals.
